Information:

3 Fandoms
4 Characters per fandom

Eligibility: Must be an animated Disney movie (and this includes Pixar), not a live action like Pirates of the Caribbean or an animated movie by another company like Anastasia or a television series like Kim Possible.

Here is a list of the main movies but I am allowing films not on the list such as sequels (example: Cinderella III: A Twist in Time) or the television premiere movies (examples: Elena and the Secret of Avalor and Sofia the First: Once Upon A Princess) as long as they're titled correctly. If you're not sure about your nomination, please just ask!

(The reason for the year disambiguation for the characters is to avoid them roaming around the tagset having adventures)

I will be rejecting all completely invalid nominations (such as if someone nominates Brave Little Toaster) instead of querying, but will wait a day for each of them to give people time to review.

Is Brave excluded because it's Pixar, even though it's also Disney?

It's included! I'll clarify Pixar is allowed since it's so deeply intertwined.

Also, yes, Vanessa is Ursula but I allowed it as a persona. A while back on twitter there were people saying their first crush in Disney was Vanessa as a separate character and it seems valid enough.

Are other companies like Pixar that were separate and are now part of Disney eligible?

I won't be accepting the Fox acquisitions, no. Pixar is a special case because it's fully integrated.

What is your ruling on animated Disney canons that have both a movie and a cartoon series? I know you say the television premiere movies are allowed, but would characters from the cartoon series that don't show up in the movies be eligible for nomination? (IE, Sofia the First series is the main canon despite having the premiere movie, and characters like Grimtrix and Princess Ivy are only in the series; the Disney Hercules movie is the main canon and characters like Cassandra and Icarus are only in the series.)

Basically, should we just stick to characters that are in the movies only when it comes to nominations? Also, since you say sequels are allowed, would we need to use a nomination specifically on both the first movie and a later one in order to nominate characters from both? (IE, if I wanted to nominate Stitch I'd request Lilo & Stitch, but if I wanted to nominate Leroy I'd have to nominate Leroy & Stitch as well instead of requesting the Lilo & Stitch movies in general?)

Only characters that are within the movies - plus please keep the prompts to events in the movies only. For instance as much as I love the moth lady Elena defeats in one episode of Elena of Avalor, I would have to stick to just her tv movie if I nominated that.

For the Lilo and Stitch question, since the main movie is already nominated and not as a series, I would ask that you nominate the sequel specifically. I know, a little awkward. But that way you guarantee you match to someone who's seen it and not just the first in-theatre one.

Final question: If I want to request certain sequel movies, should I make sure a character is nominated for every movie in the canon even if they're already nominated under another canon? Like if I have prompts for Lilo during the first movie but also prompts for Lilo after Leroy & Stitch, would it be best to make sure Lilo is nominated for both Lilo & Stitch (2002) and Leroy & Stitch (2006)?

Yes! Good question. Please nominate all characters you plan to prompt for each movie, even if they're in another fandom. Remember to disambiguate by movie.

Go to the tagset and see where it says 'my nominations'? You can go in there and edit them easy peasy to have (MovieName Year) after each name!
